Mechanical Section Development: Rebuild employee clock-in/out system with geo-tag integration to ADP, supervisor edit capability, admin approvals, and preservation of current functionality

Custom Dashboard Development: Role-based dashboards with customizable layouts per user type, add Gantt charts, CSV exports, weather integration, work site access information, priority job lists, PDF fillable forms, and a request time off system, add percentage complete tracking, status visibility, and simplified supervisor scheduling tools. Allow image and blueprint uploads directly to work orders so they can be viewed or downloaded later.
Admin Area/Reporting: User permission setup (archiving, creation, editing), reporting, and employee certification tracking that includes the ability to upload/store OSHA 10, OSHA 30, forklift certifications, and allow supervisors to review during work assignment. Replicate all current report tools, notifications, and related features, and implement role-based report visibility controls. Set up existing equipment alerts, order reminders, push notifications, and email notifications.
Safety: Create a library to save the SDS book catalog and provide search options and filters. Also, create a Weekly Toolbox Talk in work orders each weekend, and require employees to take photos of the tools once per week. Throw an alert if not completed. On the shift start report, find a way to input JSAs and force(by fillable PDFor checkmarks). For the shift end report, require validation (if air monitoring was checked at shift start) and provide a photo to submit (take a photo of the sheet if it’s handwritten).
Payroll: Integration with both ADP and Paylocity to provide more automation in payroll and the ability to export records. Link from the project code. The job code is required for the integrations and is currently entered manually (project code + the last two digits are the work comp code). Provide the ability to build this ID and store it, or keep the existing functionality, depending on how difficult it is to implement ID creation. Need to update the hours report layout to properly separate punches and travel hours. Need to update work comp code 8227 to 5213. Keep the historical data the same, and any new entries use a new number. Also, make sure to keep the view button from the current project menu, and keep that functionality the same.
Mobile-Friendly Development/Data Validation Improvements: Create a mobile-responsive design that maintains the current tabbed layout, improves usability, and aligns with the branding from the new ctecag website and the tabbed layout of the current PM system. Add enhanced field validation and error prevention tools to reduce incorrect employee data entry. Provide an easy “save to home screen” button for an app-like field. Create a download as a CSV file and follow the current CSV format throughout the reporting system. Create an archive button to save and hide employee, equipment, or work items ad hoc. Also, add an “email” link next to reports to allow sending of reports or files with one click, which opens Outlook. All sections will also allow the upload of PDFs and images for work orders, screenshots, verification photos, certifications earned, etc. Add full-site language translation support for English and Spanish. Upgrade authentication methods and implement role-based permissions for admin, supervisor, employee, edit, and view-only users.
